Why we started the drive.

Create a Culture of Giving

Like many entrepreneurs, we started The Drive out of frustration. The donation experience was outdated and time consuming. Donors expect convenience and information, both of which were not being provided through traditional fundraising tactics. We developed a technology and business model that will deliver a sustainable solution for fundraisers, while addressing the basic needs of donors.

The Drive connects donors, charities and advocates with one primary goal in mind – raise money for charity. Donor requirements took priority when we built The Drive. If our tool wasn’t convenient, informative and fun, donors wouldn’t use our mobile fundraising platform and charities would be unsuccessful. We provide donors with the most effective and fun way to donate in the industry. Our goal is to create a culture of giving, meaning when fans attend games, we want giving to charity to be a part of the game day experience.

About The Drive

About the Founders

Miles Fisher

CEO & Co-Founder

Miles is responsible for product development and new client acquisition. If he’s not working on the next big feature set, he’s likely on the phone with clients discussing tactics to drive donor adoption and engagement.

Miles has a varied background in sales, marketing and operations. He’s led consulting engagements for Fortune 500’s, start-ups and non-profits primarily focused on strategy and business model development. Miles is a continuous education advocate, who’s always interested to learn from people with diverse cultural and business backgrounds. Prior to launching The Drive, Miles worked for a Fortune 50 technology company in an internal consultant role.

Miles and his wife currently reside in Houston, Texas. They enjoy traveling and trying new ethnic cuisine. Miles has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he focused on consulting and took a liking to brand management. He has a BA from Texas Christian University in Entrepreneurship and is PMP certified.

Marshall Stockdell

CFO & Co-Founder

Marshall is responsible for the day-to-day business operations. He also leads the charity acquisition team and offers a wealth of knowledge, insights and concepts to help charities attract new donors, expand social media reach and grow fundraising revenues.

Marshall has an extensive background in public accounting (tax), business management, and marketing. Prior to launching The Drive, Marshall was the Deputy Director of Fields & Futures Foundation, an emerging non-profit transforming school campuses within Oklahoma City Public Schools by rebuilding and maintaining outdoor athletic facilities.

Marshall and his wife Bevan currently live in Oklahoma City. Marshall has a BA from Texas Tech University and an MSA in Taxation from the University of Texas at Dallas.
